These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of the Taxwise application, including the free trial and paid plans, which are provided by Evotrade.io. Please read them before you create a workspace.
1. Who we are and what these Terms cover
Taxwise is an all-in-one CRM, ERP, accounting and practice-management platform for tax consultants, accounting firms, tax agencies and corporate service providers in Pakistan. It is built and operated by Evotrade.io, Office 1, First Floor, United Plaza, Main Service Road, Khanna Pul, Rawalpindi, Pakistan (“Evotrade.io”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms apply to this website (www.taxwise.evotrade.io), to the Taxwise application (the “Service”) and to the free trial and any paid plan. By creating a workspace, signing in or using the Service you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the firm you represent (“you”). If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Creating a free trial gives your firm its own private workspace with its own login, settings and data. The person who creates it becomes the workspace administrator and can add staff, agents and clients.
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract for your firm.
- You must give accurate details (name, firm, mobile number and email) and verify your email with the six-digit code we send. We allow one free trial per email address.
- You are responsible for everything done through your workspace, for choosing who gets access and which role they have, and for keeping passwords safe. Change the temporary password after your first login and tell us at once if you think an account was misused.
- Your clients can be given a client-portal login. They can only see their own records. You are responsible for the people you invite.
3. Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days from the day your workspace is created and needs no payment details. During the trial you can add up to 50 clients.
When the trial ends your workspace becomes read only: you and your team can still sign in, read your data, download invoices and reports and change your password, but you cannot add or change anything until you choose a plan. We keep your data for at least 30 days after a trial ends so that you can choose a plan; after that we may delete it. Contact us any time to move to a paid plan.
4. Plans and fees
- Basic: PKR 3,000 per month, up to 50 clients.
- Professional: PKR 6,000 per month, no client limit.
- Enterprise: priced by agreement for larger or multi-branch firms, including any extras we agree in writing.
Fees are in Pakistani rupees, charged monthly in advance and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, paid by bank transfer or another method we confirm with you. We switch your plan by hand after payment is confirmed; there is no automatic card billing. Unless the law or a written agreement says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable. We may change prices for future periods by giving you at least 30 days’ notice. If you do not pay, we may make your workspace read only and then suspend it after reasonable notice.
5. Your data and your responsibilities
Everything you and your users enter into the Service, including client records, CNIC and NTN numbers, documents, invoices, payments and proof of payment, cases, tasks, attendance, payroll and stored portal credentials (“Your Data”), belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You must have the right to store and process the personal data of your clients and staff, and you must comply with the laws that apply to your business, including data protection, tax and professional rules.
- The credential vault is for logins you are authorised to hold and use for your clients. Do not store anything you have no right to keep. Access to credentials is limited by role, and every reveal is logged.
- You decide who can see what by choosing roles. Staff only see clients and tasks assigned to them; agents only see their own clients.
- Keep your own copies of anything critical. We and our hosting provider take backups of the system, but you should export important records yourself.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content that infringes other people’s rights.
- Do not try to read or change another firm’s workspace, to bypass the plan limits, or to probe, overload or interfere with the Service.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from the Service or this website.
- The public website API is for your own website and is rate limited. Do not use it to scrape or to send automated bulk traffic.
7. Tax information, FBR data and AI features
Taxwise is a management tool. It is not tax, legal or accounting advice. The tax calculator, tax years and slabs are for guidance, and you must check figures against the current law and the documents issued by FBR before relying on them.
Taxwise is not connected to, endorsed by or a filing channel for FBR or IRIS. Where the Service shows whether a number appears on FBR’s published Active Taxpayer List, that list is public data supplied by FBR on a given date; we do not guarantee it is complete or current, and not being listed does not mean a number is invalid.
The optional AI assistant is available to administrators only. When it is switched on, a compact summary of your figures and your question is sent to an AI provider using your own account key; passwords, CNICs and documents are not sent. AI answers can be wrong, so check them before acting on them.
8. Availability, support and backups
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided without a guaranteed uptime unless an Enterprise agreement says otherwise. We may carry out maintenance and will try to do it at quiet times. Support is by email and WhatsApp during our working hours (Monday to Saturday).
9. Our rights
We own the Taxwise software, design, logos and content, and nothing in these Terms transfers them to you. While you have an active workspace we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your firm’s own business. We may use feedback you give us without any obligation to you.
10. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the Service at any time by telling us. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, do not pay, or use the Service in a way that puts others or the system at risk; where we reasonably can, we will warn you first.
After your workspace ends you can ask us for an export of Your Data within 30 days. After that we may delete it, except for what we must keep by law.
11. Disclaimers and limits on our liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or penalties arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You agree to compensate us for claims by third parties that arise from Your Data or from your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell workspace administrators by email or inside the Service before an important change takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that date you accept the new Terms.
13. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Rawalpindi have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to go elsewhere. Questions about these Terms: taxwise@evotrade.io, WhatsApp / phone +92 339 505 0983, Office 1, First Floor, United Plaza, Main Service Road, Khanna Pul, Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
